A reputable company at last! After going through several other companies who either didn't show up or you wished they hadn't when they did, things had deteriorated to the point where we thought we'd have to Google 'how to fix solar panels' and do it ourselves. Thankfully a friend recommended Naylor Solar Specialists, owned by Terry Naylor. They not only showed up, but were extremely professional and great to work with. Your employees had us up and running again, performing all necessary repairs in less than 30 minutes. In today's day and age trustworthy companies are hard to come by, and when it comes to solar panels, Naylor Solar Specialists is the only company we'd recommend here in Las Vegas. I contacted Naylor because my solar hadn't been turned on in 2 years and I knew they had issues. We scheduled an appointment and I also asked about a thermostat. I was quoted a price and when I hesitated, I was offered the opportunity to pay it over a two-month period, which I accepted. Yesterday I called your Las Vegas office to report a leak in our pool solar panel. An appt was made for today, a very nice young man arrived and fixed the leak and drained the panels for winter. I just wanted to let you know I was very pleased with the service your company provided on my solar panels. You left me your card and I have already passed on your information to another service provider that I use, who is having some solar issues. I have found in this town it is hard to find good companies that are trustworthy and dependable. Once I find them I stick with them and I always give referrals. I will be calling in the fall to have the panels drained just like you recommend so I don't have any other freeze issues. I will save you the trouble of interviewing and researching solar panels to heat pools. I spent a couple months conducting this search and Terry Naylor's company was HANDS DOWN the best out there. I am very anal when it comes to any contractor laying their hands on my residence and his guy is about as sincere and trustworthy as they get. Terry Naylor is one of the most pleasant people, let alone contractors, I have ever had the pleasure to meet and work with.
I know this review is a little "over-the-top", but this rating was not given, it was earned. For you skeptics out there, I do not work for this company and I am in no way associated with anyone who works for the company. Just my open honest assessment of a job well done AND service after the sale, which is most impressive.

We recently had a new swimming pool installed and decided to use solar panels to heat the pool. My husband read the reviews of all of the local solar companies and decided on Naylor Solar Specialists as they had the best online reviews.
Terry Naylor arrived to tell us about his product and really impressed us with his solar panels, his companies reputation, and service options. His crew came out and did an outstanding job of installing the solar panels and painting pipes on our side walls to match the house. They even replaced 5 cracked roof tiles while they were on our roof! I thought pride in one's work and service like this was a thing of the past! Thank you Naylor Solar Speciailists! You rock!!!!
